Virtual Winter Solstice Celebration

Let's celebrate winter solstice, the shortest day and the longest night in the Northern Hemisphere. It's a time of stillness – a symbol of transition from darkness to light.

About the event

We use the Solstice as a time to pause, reflect on our accomplishments, and set intention for the year to come. The winter solstice has been celebrated by thousands of cultures and communities across the globe since the beginning of time. In ancient times, the winter solstice was often seen as a time of rebirth and renewal, as the days would begin to get longer after the solstice. It's a wonderful metaphor – just when the days seem darkest, we're reminded that there are lighter times to come.

Why celebrate the winter solstice?

The winter solstice is one of my favorite times of year. It serves as an invitation to reflect on growth, let go of what no longer serves us, and get clear on what we desire to manifest and who we want to be in the coming year.
