Vibing in the Vineyards Mini Retreat is set in the countryside, away from society, in a calming, charming environment.

Revitalize your life by immersing in a yogic lifestyle for half a day. This mini retreat is a great opportunity to re-start a fallen yoga practice, or to deepen an existing one. It’s even great for those people who have no experience at all.  This is an opportunity to gently experience what it is like to connect with your inner self, to find that peace and calmness so that we can navigate life in a more serene way.  It’s a perfect chance to discover somewhere new and spend some quality time by yourself or with a friend.  Experience a time of rest and reset while taking in the beautiful scenery of the Niagara Vineyards. 

You’ll have the opportunity to use it as a way to improve your physical and mental health as well. Remember that our mental health is just as important as our physical health. This half day retreat will allow you to slow down and learn to be more mindful as you go through life. It offers you time to hit ‘pause’ on your life and leave your worries and burdens behind – even for a little while.
