Sunset Kundalini Class outdoors in July

Have you've been wanting to try out a Kundalini Class or come back to your practice if you've taken a pause?  Have you've been looking for something spiritual in your life but you dont' know where to start? Or you may be a regular Yogi who can't get enough LOL.  Come on out and allow yourself be guided into a calming state by tapping into your breath, by moving your body so that any stagnant energy can be released and falli into a peaceful place within through a visualization meditation, and then slipping into shivasana (relaxation) as you are lulled by the healing sounds of dueling gongs as the Sun sets.  It will truly be a profound expereince.
