About the event
Meditating under a full moon supports the balancing of the ida nadi — the lunar channel — calming the nervous system and stabilizing emotional fluctuations. As the Moon reaches fullness, the mind becomes more impressionable, making meditation especially powerful for clearing old samskaras and re-patterning the subconscious. What we hold in consciousness now imprints deeply.
In Kundalini Yoga, a full moon is an opportunity to consciously elevate the mind and align our inner frequency with the soul’s intention for the new cycle. Through mantra, breath, and stillness, we harmonize the lunar and solar energies within, allowing Kundalini energy to rise gently and intelligently rather than through force.
In the stillness of the Full Moon, we remember that clarity is not something we chase, but something we allow to emerge when the mind is calm and the heart is aligned.
