t is the winter and that means shorter days, colder weather, ice and snow. During this time of year, people get also concerned with getting sick. There are some simple things we can do to enhance our immune system during the winter season through the technology of Kundalini Yoga.
The winter is a powerful time for growth as it provides an opportunity to retreat and go inward. Much of what we work on in the winter, sets the intentions for the remainder of the year. The body slows down during the winter and it is time to really listen to yourself.
