September is almost like starting a new year. It's a time of transition in many ways. Join us as we transition into love, peace and happiness, where we will raise our frequency by shifting our energy to calm our nervous system and allow for peace and love to enter our soul.  

Kundalini Yoga came from Ancient India as did all Yoga thousands of years ago. It is such a profound and amazing Yoga of awareness within. In this practice, the primary focus is on the movement and transformation of energy.  By practicing the pranayama's (breathwork), the kriyas (series of movements), mantra (repeat words songs) and the meditations our nervous systems and our glandular system are affected creating shifts and changes within.  We can slow our heart rate down just by doing a simple breath mediation which in turn shifts our brain chemistry. These changes are real, they are undeniable.   

If you are curious and would like to try a class we welcome you to join us.  If you're a regular Kundalini Yogi or if you took a pause and wish to return to your mat, we welcome you back with open hearts.

For some taking your first Kundalini Class is so full of the unknown.  However, when you finish your first Kundalini Yoga class you realize that this is unlike any other yoga you have experienced.  This is the Yoga of Experience – the Yoga of Awareness.  
Then its effects start to work, and you realize yout mind is clear, you are more in tune with your emotions, and you are more connected with your physical body.  Whether you are brand new to the practice or have been practicing for a while, you will begin create a strong base of the core principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga so that you get the most out of your practice.

It was after my trip to India that I allowed myself to entertain the thought of taking these sacred teachings and sharing them by becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga. I’ve been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 15 years under the guidance of Devi Kirn Kaur and know of the powerful transformation it has over a person. 

I travelled to Rishikesh India and took a Kundalini training course there for Stress and Vitality under the guidance of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa.  While there, we travelled to Amritsar where the Golden Temple is, as well as visiting many other places and experiencing the wonders of what India has to offer.  It was in India where Yoga originated over 5,000 years ago! These experiences led me to realize that I need to share these sacred teachings. 

 

I am now walking my Dharma………..I am a Kundalini Teacher, teaching out of Hamilton, Ontario.

My mission is to hold the space for you, so that you can experience the blessing of awakening for yourself and thus to serve the awakening of humanity.  My intention is to deliver the Kundalini teachings with respect and reverence so that you can bring them into your life.  My goal is to uplift you, touch your spirit and soul and to leave you with your heart overflowing with love, compassion and gratitude for life and all that it brings you!
