I am honored to be able to offer Kundalini Yoga as part of your Spiritual journey. I am so grateful for my yoga and meditation practice because what happens on the mat creates the space within for contemplation and expanding awareness. I love this practice, I love to teach, I love to be in a conscious community and to be on this path of evolution.
As the bright, hot days of Summer are lulled into the cooler, shorter days of Autumn, we’re able to witness perhaps one of the best examples of a true seasonal transition. Each season holds a particular energy, and while Summer is the peak of light and activity, Autumn sees us moving deeper into a quieter, more contemplative state. Summer energy might have meant we could juggle multiple demands, but Autumn is definitely the time to harness our attention and direct it to one single thing that matters. Perhaps it’s working on renovating your home, diving into an online course, or sticking to a regular yoga practice.
Autumn is the time to care primarily for the lungs and large intestine, to promote healthy breathing ability, a strong immune system, and smooth digestion. Join us for a Six Week Journey - Falling into Grace - as we focus on our Breath to strengthen our lungs, our Immune System to stay healthy during this transition from Summer and our digestion as we focus what foods are best for this season of Vata. Breath of Life has a new home! We welcome you all to join us at Colibri Studio. Its a beautiful hidden Gem with a calming vibe. It will be an amazing space to practice Kundalini Yoga in and I am so grateful to Danielle for welcoming Breath of Life Kundalini Yoga to her Studio. In Kundalini Yoga the focus is on mantra, movement and the transformation of energy in your nervous and glandular systems. We practice kriyas – specific sequences of yoga postures, breath techniques, and meditations – to produce specific results. This could be something concrete, like vitality or better digestion, or something etheric like intuition or an open heart. The foundation of the practice allows us to receive mental, physical, and energetic benefits which we feel after each and every session.

It was after my trip to India that I allowed myself to entertain the thought of taking these sacred teachings and sharing them by becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga. I’ve been practicing Kundalini Yoga for close to 20 years and know of the powerful transformation it has over a person.
I travelled to Rishikesh India and took a Kundalini training course there for Stress and Vitality under the guidance of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. While there, we travelled to Amritsar where the Golden Temple is, as well as visiting many other places and experiencing the wonders of what India has to offer. It was in India where Yoga originated over 5,000 years ago! These experiences led me to realize that I need to share these sacred teachings.
I am now walking my Dharma………..I am a Kundalini Teacher, teaching out of Hamilton, Ontario. My mission is to hold the space for you, so that you can experience the blessing of awakening for yourself and thus to serve the awakening of humanity. My intention is to deliver the Kundalini teachings with respect and reverence so that you can bring them into your life. My goal is to uplift you, touch your spirit and soul and to leave you with your heart overflowing with love, compassion and gratitude for life and all that it brings you! Sat Nam
